As word has spread that NEBS offers high-level education with relatively low tuition fees, the school management felt obliged to accept an additional 50 students.
These are also many children from poorer sections of the population, whose parents are often unable to bring their children to school reliably due to often precarious employment conditions and living conditions.
Therefore, the parents would be a school transport of their children a major concern. In parental meetings, they have also agreed to make a small transport contribution affordable for them.
The school administration is of the opinion that an additional transport of about 50 students can only be handled with a minibus, which would also be suitable for frequently required rides in partially rough terrain on the outskirts.
However, a financial contribution to the purchase of such a vehicle by ANDOC is not possible in the foreseeable future, since our current budget is just enough to realize the above structural measures.
Therefore, NEBS has now self-initiated a school bus with diesel engine purchased, with which the entire student transport is performed.
To finance the school bus, the tractor and an electric rickshaw were sold and a bank loan was taken. The loan installments are paid by NEBS.
